Information needed for solar system design

We design the system need the information as follows :

1. the load power , and the load function ,such as Communications, navigation, or for household .  And we need the volt of the system ,220 or 110 or others .

2. how much load you connect , their rate power .

3. How long will the system work every day , for how many hours?

4. The above working hours is day by day , or month by month?

5. the weather condition in your region , the raining day can last for how much days ？
